When the Eight Talents of Hedong repelled the Khitan and defended Qinghe, the grateful people carved commemorative stone engravings across the region. This one depicts Sheng Wen, a great hero and the organizer of the Eight Talents. Without him, there would be no Eight and no legend. Frail in body and unable to wield a sword, he walked the path of justice alongside his brother Sheng Wu.
