1. Players participating for the first time with the Fledgling (character created within 14 days) or Returning Swallow (triggered Swallow's Return event) tag, and Character Level < 60, will participate as a Fledgling Swallow.
2. Active players participating for the first time with Character Level ≥ 60 will participate as a Guide Swallow.
3. Players participating for the first time with the Fledgling or Returning Swallow tag and Character Level ≥ 60 may choose either role.
4. Fledglings who joined within 5 days of the previous event's end and failed to Take Flight may choose to be a Fledgling Swallow again this season.
