A prized horse has gone missing from Finesteed Hamlet, and horse thieves are suspected to be the culprits. Master Qi of the Finesteed Hamlet insists, based on what he claims to have heard from the other horses, that the culprit is a mysterious man in a bamboo hat. The missing horse is brown in color. Master Qi also reports that another valuable horse was stolen earlier by someone who calls himself the "Horse Tamer," and its whereabouts are still unknown.
