Server-wide wanderers can obtain construction progress through "Mountain Express", "Echoes of Creation" gameplay, and "Mountain Material Gathering" quests. The construction progress obtained is equally calculated as personal contribution value. The server-wide contribution value for the Cloud Stairway is refreshed every 5 minutes.
When the construction progress of this phase of the Cloud Stairway reaches 100%, the corresponding personal breakthrough quest must be completed to claim the co-construction rewards for the current phase.
