Dealing damage has a 15% chance to apply one stack of Weeping Blood for 5 seconds, damaging the target once per second (up to 5 stacks, duration refreshed upon stacking). At 5 stacks, Weeping Blood will be removed from the target and deal piercing damage once. If Weeping Blood fail to reach 5 stacks before expiry, there is still a 20% chance to deal piercing damage.
