Emperor Shizong of Zhou was revered by artisans and worshipped in shrines for revitalizing industry and founding the kilnworks.
This temple was built by craftsmen of Porcelain Kiln. They prayed to Emperor Chai for flawless porcelain and prosperous firing.
But when dynasties changed, the new regime banned all folk offering of Chai Rong. This temple too fell into ruin.
Now, that broken temple is wholly occupied by a new force, one that bears the sigil of a flame dragon.
