Outside Whitecrown Fortress lies an outpost where the wind stirs the sand into song. In military dispatches, it was known as the Howling Sands Outpost. Once a garrison post, it fell to the Utuk and was left in ruins. Yet some claim to still hear the drums of war, banners rustling, and the clamor of cavalry echoing through the dust.
