Official Du Wei, prostrating: Wei is skilled in clerical arts. He served under Emperor Shizong, holding a position as a close attendant. He once submitted memorials discussing affairs, often addressing current issues, showing some commendable ability. However, he has always relied on wine, behaved improperly, and was arrogant and disrespectful. He has been dismissed from office and transferred to the position of Director of the Ministry of Transport.
