The year-end is upon us, and I wish to offer you my New Year greetings ahead of time!
Those three little ones, Fu, Lu, and Shou, are being quite mysterious, insisting on "planning something grand" with you. They've pestered me into writing this letter.

The ink has barely dried, yet the little kids have crowded around again, making sure I record their message word for word:
You wish to know the meaning of this painting? ...Truth be told, even I have yet to discern it!
The three of them are playing riddles with me; they simply thrust a painting into my hands and claimed that one look from you would suffice...
Little Fu: Big guy! The New Year is almost here! Come find us for some big business!
Little Lu: This plan must remain a secret. When we rendezvous... remember to give the secret signal.
Little Shou: Let me shout it! Our slogan, Rodent Rampage!

While I was writing, the children scribbled another one, claiming it is even more impressive and that you will surely come racing to meet them once you see it.
As for the time and place of your meeting... I am utterly bewildered, though I trust such a mystery will not be a trouble to you!
