I. Those who leak ship secrets shall be charged with treason and sent to the Kaifeng Prefecture for trial.
II. Those who cause loss of public or private property due to negligence shall be charged with embezzlement, and shall receive thirty canings.
III. Those who violate the ban and close the drainage room causing damage to the cabin shall be charged with negligence, and shall receive fifty lashes.
