Spiritroost Crag is named for a divine bird of legend once perched upon these jagged rocks, long since vanished. In its place, a different flock now nests upon the rock. These "birds" are wingless, yet they circle the mountains day and night. They cannot sing, yet the wind carries the hum of their ceaseless motion for all to hear.
