To the Venerable Master,
I humbly extend my highest respects and hope this letter finds you well.
Since our parting, I journeyed north with a merchant caravan and have now taken up study at the Inkbound Order. Through Master Wei's benevolence, I have mastered the Art of Yin and Yang. The memory of that tragedy in the desolate village still weighs heavily upon me, and my chronic ailment shows little sign of abating. Only this single scroll, with its teachings on harmonizing Yin and Yang. may yet restore balance to the body. I implore you, honored elder, to accept it without hesitation or misgivings. Pray, do take great care of yourself. Words cannot capture all I feel; please forgive this humble letter.
With profound respect and unwavering devotion,
Your humble disciple,
Ying
