During the Zhenguan era, as Buddhism spread eastward, a master Buddha Sculptor named Yang led his disciples across the vast lands and settled in Metta Town. They devoted themselves to Buddha sculpting.
Their serene, awe-inspiring works soon brought fame to the town. In time, Metta Town was renamed to Mercyheart Town.
