Qin Fen has been talking about you a lot lately. He says you've been helping him settle the displaced, build houses, and learn all sorts of things. The boy has more spirit now than he ever did at the Bureau of Relief. Which is probably for the best. At least he is no longer in my ear all day about some grand case he wants to crack.
By the way, I heard you've built a Tranquil Haven. As it happens, I'm off duty for the next couple of days and can finally steal a little peace and quiet, so I thought I'd stop by and see what new things you've set up there.
