To the Young Master: It's been a while since I left home. Though the journey is arduous, my pen hasn't dared to rest. Unfortunately, the winds along the way have been so noisy they've turned my brain into a clashing mess of gongs and mush. It's been days, and I haven't managed to squeeze out even half a decent page. So, I just lay in a small boat and let it drift. Accidentally, I wandered into a utopia. I asked around and found out this place is the legendary site of the Mohist, the main peak of "Hidden Mountain" itself. Seeing how serene it is, I thought I'd borrow the elegance of the landscape to calm my mind, maybe unclog my inspiration. So, I took a stroll into the mountains. Little did I know, I was about to witness that there's always someone more anxious out there! By the plank roads and under the stone cliffs sat several sighing Mohist disciples. One young man was clutching his paper so tight it was almost entirely crumpled, muttering in a daze, "Tomorrow's deadline is tomorrow's sorrow; today's deadline takes my life away." A few others were passing around a fortune slip. Somehow, it ended up in my hands, and written boldly across it was: "Repost this sign, and your exams will go fine"... Haha! Seeing everyone else pulling their hair out puts my mind completely at ease! I plan to stay in this wonderful place for a few more days. If the Young Master has time, you should take a walk here too and see the unique scenery hidden deep in these mountains. Writing furiously, Lu Kangge
