Prosperity Haven, named after the saying "Life as long as Southern Mountain, prosper as Eastern Sea."
It was once a term for the western and northern periphery of the palace. During Song Dynasty, the Minister of War resettled citizens here, dividing the district into three new wards: Prosperity Haven, Tranquil Haven, and Tidal Haven.
Today, the area south of Goldwater Street is what people call Prosperity Haven.
